Good central position. Nice room. Breakfast very good.
Receptionist unable to understand simple questions , no red wine available at the bar in the evening.

I had to book this hotel due to medical condition I have and it was very last minute..
I stayed for 3 nights until I was better to make my onward travel.
The staff were amazing and extremely kind and helpful.
I would love to visit again when I am better to explore the lovely town an restaurants.
My sincere thanks to the staff!!

I stay here every year, and have done for around 8 years now. I love the hotel and the city. The staff are always very friendly, and there is secure parking (at a charge). My room was lovely, and I had a super view of the city from my window. Realise that not all the rooms have this, and that I was lucky. Very clean rooms, and comfortable beds, and very good breakfast.

The parking was good
There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. The staff were working hard but there weren’t enough of them to check people in efficiently
