Great traditional style property with amazing countryside. Comfortable bed and shower was good although a little outdated. Restaurant food was good for dinner and also for breakfast. Lovely pool and we really enjoyed relaxing in the afternoon.
Bedroom was very dark and maybe improved lighting would brighten it up, but not an issue. Would have loved kettle and tea and coffee tray in the bedroom. Staff were fine but not overly friendly and we would have liked to have been told about the background of the inn as it is very old and must have a fascinating history.
