They have one of the most affordable places close to Fort Santiago.
The problem with the city of Manila is they use a lot of diesel gas and have a lot of pollution. This pollution gets inside everywhere, including the rooms and the lobby. Everything is covered with a fine grey dark dust that covers everything. Everything looks dirty and it's not only this hotel; it's most of Manila, which makes it really not comfortable.
