Good area - proximity to the ferry and wonderful local area. Clean apartment with basic facilities taken care of. Good hanging space in each bedroom and under the stairs. Convenient for local amenities. Pet-friendly and with good nearby walks. All staff encountered were welcoming and helpful - we had to stay an extra night due to a cancelled ferry and this was catered for without any issue. Overall a really good stay and enjoyable holiday.
Being overly critical and picking minor issues (that didn’t really impact our holiday) - there wasn’t a lot of storage in the living area for general stuff, an extra storage cabinet might be helpful. A little bit of maintenance to the outside areas would help rejuvenate the place (front doors painted, paths cleared of moss & weeds, branches cut back. Honestly, that’s how difficult it is to fault the place. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Les "jardins" des logements donnant sur le parc verdoyant.
La propreté de l'appartement et de la piscine qui lassent franchement à désirer.
Les logements qui commencent à être vétustes.
Absence d'animation.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec nos 2 enfants de 8 et 12 ans. La météo était favorable nous avons pu profiter de la piscine extérieure et du cours de tennis. La situation de la résidence est idéale entre mer et ville.
Nous avons constaté un défraichissement global de la résidence. Il serait bon de revoir la propreté des façades, escaliers et refaire un coup de peinture dans les logements. La résidence est dans son jus. La literie a convenue à mon mari mais moi je suis repartie avec un mal de dos.
