The house and amenities
The tarantula on our room and the fact that Crystal beach you needed to paid for everything ( slides inflables, etc)

It's has very nice views and it's very clean.
Amenities are ok
It was overcrowded (specially pools) and pool weren't warm enough.

The swimming pool, crystal beach, kids zone and activities
The room was not clean, they didn’t clean everyday, the staff people were not nice and didn’t explain about the resort. They didn’t help us to move inside at the arrival and departure with 2 girls and 2 suitcases, because it was not on the work time. The kitchen supplies didn’t work.
