The hotel is big and the room was spacious, also breakfast was great and had Halal options which was delicious, The stuff were helpful, totally recommend it.

I come back to this hotel for business twice a year, and I always look forward to it. The breakfast staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming—love them! The sauna is also a great way to relax after a busy day. Always a pleasure staying here!
One area that could be improved is the maintenance of the spa facilities. During my last visit, none of the showers in the changing rooms were working. Unfortunately, I also get the impression that repairs are not always handled as quickly as they could be. Hopefully, more attention can be given to keeping the spa facilities in good working order.

The hotel itself is lovely , spacious rooms very nice reception area and bar and good value for money
The reception staff need an intense course on communication and efficiency
Due to their ineffectiveness I got a room that was not what I booked , no sheets for the pull out bed and the mattress was stained
