The hotel is in a great location at the bottom end of the main North-South road in Patong (Rat Uthit Song Roi Pi Road). It is a very short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. My room was lovely - large and bright and very clean. The staff were very helpful.
My room was not ready when I arrived at 3.35pm even though check in is from 3.00pm. I was given a complimentary drink voucher to use at the pool bar while I waited for my room to be ready, but there was no one working at the bar so I couldn't use it! Bah!! The TV in my room was also not working at all (I think it needed to be set up again), although this was not really much of an inconvenience since I don't go to Thailand to watch TV. My only other comment is that I was in a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road. It can get very loud at night with music playing and the Bangla Stadium tuk tuks going past blaring their constant advertising for Muay Thai tournaments. But all good fun.

This is probably the best place I’ve ever stayed in Patong and I’ve been there about 20 times it’s got everything you need great rooms great pool brilliant breakfast and 24 hour room service very good staff also
