After a rather unpleasant experience in Imerovigli, we were so happy to arrive at Theodora Suites.
The location is excellent, close to the main areas of Oia, and the view is absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a great impression. They helped carry our luggage up and down the difficult stairs of Oia, which would have been almost impossible for two women with heavy suitcases, and they even allowed us to check in earlier than expected.
The room was beautiful, but the view was truly the highlight of our stay. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable, and the view towards Ammoudi Bay was an unexpected bonus that we enjoyed every day.
Breakfast was served each morning at the agreed time, the room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day. The lady who took care of the room was always very kind and welcoming.
We had a small issue with the jacuzzi during our stay, but after messaging, it was fixed within 10–15 minutes, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, our schedule during the three days in Oia was so busy that we never actually had the chance to enjoy the sunset from the hotel, but I can only imagine how beautiful it must be from there.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Theodora Suites. The location, service, room, and especially the view made it a very special experience.

Absolutely perfect stay in Oia! 🌅✨
We had an incredible stay at this hotel in Oia. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Oia, with breathtaking views — especially at sunset. Honestly, the view from the outdoor jacuzzi was probably the best sunset view we had in Santorini! ❤️
The breakfast was delicious, and our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained.
A special thank you to the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Even before our arrival, he organized everything for us and coordinated the transportation of our luggage to the hotel, which made everything so easy and stress-free.
We also really appreciated his kindness on our departure day. Our flight was delayed, and he kindly let us stay until 5 p.m. so we could enjoy the hotel a little longer. This was such a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference.
Everything was perfect from beginning to end. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini! 💙🇬🇷

Great location a little away from the hectic crowds
Great breakfast
Host and staff all super friendly and helpful
You need to be a little fit - the steps into town are steep and there are 200 steps also down to Ammoudi Bay - the walk up is brutal or you take a taxi for 3 minutes for 50 euro but that is not the fault of this property

Location is good if you want to stay near oia and views
For what you pay not worth the price , small room , not very clean toilet and shower very small and Poor pillows ac was poor and tv didnt work
