The owner, Chris was incredibly friendly and helpful, showing us the wonderful facilities and orchard and beautiful rainforest. The railway carriage kitchen was well equipped and a nice place to meet other travellers. The range of accommodation options and homely outdoor settings are charming and welcoming. It is fantastically well located for walking and seeing the stunning locality.

Staff were amazing and the area was outstanding
I would have liked an option for breakfast, we got 1 booked egg, but there was plenty of cereal and toast so not the end of the world.
There was dirty dishes in the drawers due to lazy guests but that should be checked.

This property is unique with some delightfully quirky features. Delicious breakfast served on the deck of one of the historical railway carriages. Lovely gardens and a delight to wander through the small rainforest. Good value for money, friendly staff, comfortable room and a great location.

Location amongst the trees and the recycle ethos.
Friendly staff.
Nice walkways in the bush at the property.
Lived the old railway carriage communal kitchen and with permission has a look inside the old church(would have loved to upgrade to this, but was pre'booked)
Orchard room was quite cramped - too many pieces of furniture in one small room.
Great to have solar hot water, but on our second day we could not get any hot water at all for our showers. Appeared to be no-one to ask on a Sunday morning so we let the breakfast cook know - hope this was passed on.
