I have mixed feelings about our stay.
Yes, it was new years week and the whole area was chaotic.
We arrived early and asked if it was available, the female at desk said it would be at 3pm. They held our bags and we walked around killing time. It was 2ish when we returned to be told we had to wait til 3pm. I stepped aside and waited.
Finally, they took us to this dungeon room, sounded like it was adjacent to the kitchen, sounds of dishes being moved. I asked to talk to a supervisor, waiting til she came was inconvenient since we just wanted to settle in. We were given a slightly better room in which we stayed the night. It had no closet or hooks and the shower had no door nor curtain, which it was late that evening when we showered to notice this. It would get the entire floor wet, along with the toilet. So again, I spoke to the supervisor and finally got an acceptable room.
It was musical rooms for 2 days. They were accommodating but we lost alot of time with repacking and moving.
You CANNOT check in before 3pm.

Very clean, really good atmosphere , the breakfast its also good, not to mention the staff super friendly very helpful always there to answer any questions or help you out with whatever you might need.

Great location, which was accessible to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Loved the pool. Enjoyed the Casino.
During this visit, there were too many issues regarding cleanliness upon arriving in our room. ie: stained sheet; stained underneath the toilet, and i wasnt sure if it was urine; a greasy fingerprint stain on the remote control; the pool needs to have a handle bar near the shallow entrance. It's very dangerous, as you have nothing to hold on to when stepping down into the water. I previously suggested this, but it was obviously not considered an important issue. The food selection for breakfast was not the tastiest or the greatest. Not too much variety either.
