Excellent facilities and very comfortable bed. Proximity to Ica supermarket. Quiet room as requested.
Side door security code required on Sunday evening.
It would help to offer directions on public transport from central station.

The location was nice and quiet but very close to two metro stations (different lines). The apartment is compact (smal) but the space has been used well and it felt very comfortable. I also loved the ease of staying in a building with an Italian restaurant on the ground floor (quality food) and a little delicacy shop.
I would have liked an Italian coffee machine (nespresso style) instead of a filter coffee machine. A washing machine would have been nice but there’s a laundry room in the basement so no big deal.

Great location for the metro and central station. Lovely deli and restaurant undetneath the appartment block.
They need to clean the windows! Dirtest view I have ever had in a hotel!
Garbage room was grim.

The l.ocation was good. Having Mormors next door was good and the staff were very helpful
I hadn't realised there was no reception or concierge, so I found that inconvenient.
The shower leaked water through the gap in the door, making the floor really wet.
I did not like the laundry set up. The app and booking was difficult to navigate
