We stayed at this hotel for five nights. Communication with the hotel staff beforehand was excellent. The online check-in process for our late arrival worked very well, and the digital key for all doors was available on our phones at any time. All our requests—specifically for a quiet room and a parking space—were accommodated perfectly.
Our rooms and bathrooms were renovated, very clean, and in excellent condition.
There were extra pillows in the wall shelving, just in case we needed them.
The shower enclosure design isn't quite ideal.
Note: The hairdryer is located next to the mirror in the room.
Breakfast offers options for everyone: standard, vegetarian, and vegan.
We had a minor issue with our parking space at one point, but it was immediately resolved by the friendly woman at reception. The location offers excellent access to public transport.

Fantastic staff. I hadn't received any of the emails they had sent me regarding the digital key. (Issue with my email) I reached out to one of the staff via the phone number provided and we got the issue sorted within 10 mins. Basic hotel room. Fairly new furnishing. Some complimentary coffee and tea. Hairdryer - yes. Iron, ironing board - no.
The bathroom flooded after every shower. My guess is that the drain may have been partially clogged. The fact that the shower didn't have a tray to contain the water that couldn't evacuate made it to overflow to the toilet and vanity area. Drain smell in the bathroom. I had to keep the door closed.
