Excellent location
The check-in process - received several emails demanding pre check in - which didn't work - and then reception wouldn't accept contactless payment. Eventually, after some hassle, they did.

Location is great, room size is bigger than the usual rooms in Japan. The bed was really large which makes this hotel great when travelling with family.
The hotel asks you to store your luggage in their lockers at a cost if you check-out on time and need a place for luggage. They used to do it for free, other hotels do it for free too. When travelling with family, this is important especially for those with lots of luggage and are flying out later than the check-out time!!
