Fabulous easy to find location close to Bordeaux with secure parking on site. All the staff were courteous and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant and found the dishes and service to be exceptional. Breakfast did not disappoint either. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
If you have heavy luggage the stairs are steep and winding. There does not appear to be a lift in this hotel. All that said, it was not a problem for us and reception offered help with our cases needed.

Lovely staff, the dinner in restaurant exciting and delicious, great location
That is from a personal perspective, but the beds are not comfortable, and the bedding feels cheap. Since dinner is top-notch, the breakfast felt a disappointment.
