About this house rental
Situated in Eugene, this charming house for $150 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The elegant apartment( located on the lower level of our home) has it all. City views, Hilltop views , privacy yet close via car or bike to Autzen, Hayward Field and the core downtown area. With our villa you are getting more than just a place to lay your head at night. The private expansive wrap around patio affords you a great place for your morning coffee. In the evening lounge in our cushioned chairs with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. Have time to just read? The meditation garden with restful fountain and a woodland view is just the place. Living room is wonderfully roomy with leather couch and plenty of seating. Electric fireplace adds just the perfect touch as the sun starts sets. . The view from the double French doors can be stunning and changes with the seasons. The villa is approximately 700 feet We live upstairs and the apartment is downstairs. The Villa had has its own private entrance.and total privacy. Many people tell us that they did not think we were actually home during their stay. We try our best to keep it that way, especially before 9am and after 8:30 pm. The apartment is used only for guests; therefore you will not find any of our personal items there. (We live in the upstairs home) apartment has private entrance. Bedroom has storage for your hanging clothes and drawer space. Waffle weave robes are perfect if you have time to just lounge around. For third or fourth guest , the electric inflating aero bed can be set up in the living room. (A small fee if needed for a second guest. Living Room armoire can be used for hanging clothes.) Modern Bathroom has tub shower combo. Large kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig and drip coffee makers, electric 2 burner stovetop. Crockpot, electric skillets, waterless cooker, griddle and blender etc We leave you a first morning welcome basket so you don't have to rush to a store. Expansive wrap around private patio stays cool in the summer since house is built into the hill. Apartment stayed a constant 72 (even when summer temps were 105). Plenty of outside chairs to enjoy the view. Dining table located next to the woodland garden that we call The Grotto. Apartment is located down one flight of stairs. My husband and I live in the top floor of the home. PLEASE NOTE. We are on a steep hill which affords a great view, however because of this NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 PLEASE. For stays of 5 or more days we can provide laundry service. (To satisfy insurance requirements a rental agreement is required at booking. )

There were so many extra details such as a welcome apple muffin. Everything you would possibly need was there, such as bandaids and filtered water in the refrigerator. Our host checked in with us to make see if we had any questions. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Host was wonderful: easy to communicate with and very respectful of our space and privacy. Space was lovely, clean, and with a gorgeous view of Eugene. We particularly appreciate the private entrance to the space so we could come and go without disturbing our hosts. Would recommend this to any couple looking for a getaway. Check out the meditation area when you go, my wife adored it!

Very very unique isolated mountain view.The full size kitchen has everything that you could possibly need to prepare a meal and than some.The gift basket had a variety of coffee and other breakfast goodies. The entire place from the kitchen to the bathroom is very color coordinated. Would very much chose this property again.

The pictures don’t do justice to this property. It is tucked away in a lovely serene neighborhood that is close to stores, restaurants and other necessities. We booked it for our stay during the USATF National Championships at Hayward stadium, and I’m glad we did. Vickie was very courteous and responsive, and all the details and house information are clearly provided. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is relaxing. If you plan to be in Eugene or close by, this is a must stay.

Had a marvelous stay at this lovely condo. Nicely designed and decorated and in a perfect quiet location for my needs . Very easy to get to AUTZEN stadium, Valley River Mall, Alton Baker Park, Downtown, the U of O and SALT AND STRAW. Literally a few minutes to all the sites in Eugene. Would return in a minute and in fact have asked to book another stay next month.

This property was exactly what my husband and I were looking for - warm and cozy with beautiful views of Oregon landscape, and the sunset every night was spectacular. The hosts were very accommodating and pleasurable. The space was enjoyable with a nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The location made it easy to get around town and see our son at the U of O. I am looking forward to returning, thank you Vickie and Dave for having us!

Easy on, easy off main thoroughfares made this a great location for us. The basement setting is cool and dark in the warmer summer months with private deck to enjoy a great view to the west at the coastal range. Welcome basket greatly appreciated, cocoa and marshmallows too! Great details.

From the time we reached the property, the information given was was easy to understand on checking in . The villa was clean and quiet with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our two night getaway to see our son here in Oregon.

Great apartment with incredible sunsets
This is a great location, high on a hill overlooking the area to the west. Accommodations were cozy and stylist. This was a great place to rest up and get ready for the next round of family events. Location is away from commercial and retail areas, but close to major streets, making access to Eugene and Springfield quick and easy. This is a great location. Thanks for sharing with us.

Quiet weekend retreat
My friends and I spent a couple of nights in Eugene, and we were fortunate enough to find this lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The deck has a great view, and provides a wonderful outdoor space. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings and watching the sunset.
