What I liked most about the property was that it was easy to find, quiet, clean, and had a pleasant smell. The aesthetic was beautiful, the room was spacious, and the city view was the highlight of our stay.

The staff was friendly and mostly spoke enough English which was a huge help. A huge Asian breakfast was provided daily. The room was large and the bathroom had lovely shampoo and bath gel. The small desk area was comfortable.
Heartily disliked having to turn on and off the bathroom light ONLY from beside one side of the bed. All other lights in the room were also only accessible from that spot.
Very, very odd being assigned a room that had a large children's play area even though we had none with us. There was no spot to put clothes, etc as a result.
I asked for bottles of water to be frozen in the high heat and humidity, but they were only refrigerated.

The staff was friendly and the location was good with 10-15 minutes walk to find food.
The twin bedroom with 2 king beds was big, however, there were 2 air con vents above the second bed, which made loud noises throughout the nite.
We had nowhere to hang our clothes after washing.
