I liked the staff. They were very helpful and understanding.
Our room’s view to the lake was blocked by a tree but other than that. No complaints.

nice spacious and clean room, the views beautiful, the breakfast was tasty and full of options. staff was kind and friendly.
The lights in the toilet of my room didn’t work, Room 205. the curtains in the room are orange and with sunshine it gives an orange light to the whole space which is not ideal. I asked several times for an iron for my clothing and couldn’t get it, one staff lady told me the hotel didn’t have any, and second staff told me yes, I will get it for you come to pick up later and when I did, the iron was not available or the girl. the room price is quite high and there is no AC in the hotel, and its a hot summer...

The view and the quietness were special, everything calm und relaxed.
Personally I do not like carpeted floors, but I guess, they would be too cold otherwise. Parkett would be nice.

Breakfast was really great and all of the staff we met were really happy and friendly. It is also an EC bus stop (drop off only) which we didn't know.
