The location
Rooms need a bit of an update.

Warm welcome. Very large room. Beds were comfortable and the aircon worked.
Pool area was good- pretty with plenty of seating.
Breakfast was good.
Location is 5 minutes walk to beach where there are many restaurants and bars.
There is a lift to all floors.
Pool only open from 10.30am-6.30pm. Since we arrived at 5.30 for one night, that didn't give us much time to use it. We weren't even allowed out there later on to show the members of our party that hadn't seen it.
Bathroom needed renovation- sink didn't drain and shower door missing which led to bathroom full of water.
View of waste ground, rubbish and an abandoned car, then buildings and then the sea.
We had a kettle but no cups or glasses even if we had brought our own tea or coffee.

We just keep coming back. The location is fantastic at 2 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel itself is quiet with a lovely pool area. There are no shops in the immediate vicinity but it's only a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area and traditional open air market. Each evening, the promenade is closed to traffic with eateries spilling out across the road and amazing aromas fill the air.
The staff and manager are always willing to help and there is always someone close at hand. .
Although it's not the hotel's fault, I did manage to collect a few mosquito bites. Remember to pack your Jungle Formula and you'll be fine.

Location
Not very clean, bathroom dirty, shower room had marks of shampoo and hair, sink & toilet not cleaned properly, also needs repairs as water was leaking from the shower cabin. Some repairs needed around the place all together.
