The place was great, located in the Kalamaki area next to Chania - touristy BUT quiet and more family-oriented; also has amazing free, beautiful and sandy beaches. The pool was nice too with a terrace that overlooks the town. The host was very fast with communication, extremely reliable in all matters and issues we had and obviously had experience in setting expectations and knowing how to make guests happy. The apartment itself, with the patio, was great and proved to be an amazing cool-off area during the scorching afternoons. The place also has sufficient parking space and a bus stop close to it (number 21 bus).
Can't think of anything. Maybe just the "Do not disturb" sign would be good so you can communicate when you're in the room for the cleaning staff.

Sehr sauber, gut erhalten. Alle etwas älter, aber maximal gut gepflegt. Lage Top, Pool mit dem Ausblick: Weltklasse!

Maria was nice and helpful but the price is too expensive for the level of comfort.
The size of the room was good and the swimming pool was nice
The place is not far from the road so it's a bit noisy and you have the road view before enjoying the sea view.
The bed was very hard and we could feel the bedsprings.
There is no AC in the living room where my daughters were sleeping so we had to put AC strong in the bedroom (we were freezing and it was still too hot in the living room). Maria gave a fan but it was not enough. Equipment of the room was OK but a bit old though. The whole place could be better maintained.
