The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We also loved the fresh breakfast served every morning: it was a wonderful way to start each day.
The swimming pool was also very clean and well maintained, making it a great place to relax.
But the biggest surprise of our stay was definitely the La Ursula restaurant at the hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, far beyond our expectations. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned. We stayed for six days and ended up having dinner at La Ursula almost every evening because the food was simply that good! It was easily one of the highlights of our entire trip. On top of the amazing food, we could enjoy beautiful mountain views while dining, which made the experience even more special.
Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, with a warm atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and truly delicious food.
We would definitely love to come back in the future and bring our family with us.

We had a lovely stay at House Mrzlin Grad. The room and accommodation had a characteristic charm and beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and paid great attention to detail. As we were setting off early for Plitvice Lakes, they prepared our breakfast the night before to take it with us – the food was nice, locally and very generous for the price. Guests receive a discount at the on-site bistro, La Ursula, which serves delicious, sustainable food sourced from local farmers. Out of all the places we visited in Croatia (Split, Supetar, Bol, Hvar and Dubrovnik), this was by far our favourite!
