The room was beautifully made out and had a fabulous view of the Cloth Hall. It was close to the Menin Gate. The bed was comfortable and, evrnbthough the air conditioning wasn't working, it wasn't hot. Breakfast is a bonus and helped to start the day.
We were not aware of the road closures due to markets occurring over the weekend and so we were very stressed once we found a parking space. The hostess didn't seem too concerned about our situation: just said that we couldn't park inside the barriers until 10.00pm! I think that they need to have this fact on the description: not just on the doors as you get there. It would also.help if the phones were answered.

Great location for visiting the Town, parking was on the street right outside the property too which was very convenient. Breakfast was good.
Digital key card for the room didn’t work which required numerous extra trips to reception!. The air-conditioning unit had a mind of its own which made it virtually uncontrollable. The pillow on the bed was like concrete so very difficult to get a good night sleep.
