Great value. Better than expected. Location was good, staff was friendly. Good spot to stay for a couple and looking for something inexpensive and close to many attractions. The renovated bathroom was really nice with a large bathtub.
The elevators took some time and there wasn't an option for using the stairs. Also, the windows could not be opened.

The location was perfect! A 10 minute walk from Nagasaki station, tram stops right outside, a convenience store across the road, and multiple shopping centres within a short walk and the harbour! The room was nicely sized, and the toilet and shower room (which was huge) were separate. Buffet breakfast was lovely the one morning we had it.

I liked the bathroom. There is more space than other hotels.
The pillows were extremely "worn" out. Even if you folded them in half, it wasn't enough to keep your head comfortable.
