Lovely accommodation with every facility. the food was excellent. Wi-Fi was very good both in the room and in the communal areas. good parking. all the staff were great.
it was expensive but then I guess you’re paying for being inside the park. our safari guide was a little inexperienced.

We stayed in the lodge only for two days and it was just an incredible experience.
Many thanks to our guide Andrew who went beyond any expectations driving through the bush for a perfect scenery of a tribe of lions preceded by the leopard sighting.

The rooms were nice and cosy.
Best part was the dining area. Every morning while having breakfast we could see animals right in front of us.
They can improve on the vegetarian food.

car parking is little bit far even though the hotel staff always willing to assist you if you need something from the car.

the staff and especially the manager were amazing

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. They tried to supply Vegan and Gluten-Free for 2 people in our party and were pretty successful in coming up with some interesting options. Very quiet and peaceful location. Due to the heavy rain the "dry" riverbed filled with water during our stay. Nice to see Elephants and Waterbuck visit the water hole opposite. Game drives were good with sightings of most animals. Lots of lions, elephants, leopards, Hyena, Giraffe, Zebra, and more.
It would have been nice to have a few miniature spirits/wine to go with the mixers in the room minibar. Wifi was better in the room than in the lodge! Could have done with coat hooks by the door to hang our wet coats on. A couple of chairs, as well as the loungers outside, would have saved us putting the armchair out there. A few lights along the path opposite the lodge are needed.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, Juju and the other manager are too kind. We had a knowledgeable ranger in Victor, what a wonderful human being. The food was great, credit to the chef, the ambience, all the guests were so friendly and respectful towards each other. We had intimate dinning and interacted with almost everyone. Most of all we loved the peace and serenity.

-The first game drive was fantastic. Thanks again to Tian for the experience! The guide on the morning drive was a bit unmotivated and we didn‘t enjoy that ride that much. However the number of animals we saw on both rides was excellent.
-good wifi all over the property and good water pressure in the room
-gorgeous views from the dining deck onto the water hole (we saw elephants, hyenas, leopard and impala from there)
-all three courses were from buffet. I would have appreciated at least dinner or part of it as a la carte. The buffet selection was a bit on the boring side (sometimes same items for lunch and dinner).
-service was overall confusing, very inconsistent and not really friendly. For example: when we arrived no one was expecting us. For check out we had to go to the kitchen to find someone taking care.
-the outside areas within the lodge didnt look very well maintained and were a bit sad to look at.

Our game driver was extremely knowledgeable and the manager went out of her way to assist us in our next stops in Kruger.
Room was cold and during our stay the chef changed and the second chef was not as good as the first

It would be varied and not get the same kind of food. Include oats and porridge.
Limited variety on meats and the bar fridgedidn’t have wines and gines/whiskey.

Breakfast was fine not completely what one expect. The location is great.
WIFI was for all practical purposes non existing. Poor reception and more of than on. Rooms is not up to standard for the rate you pay. Floors was sticky. One wash basin was badly cracked (Old cracks). Should have been upgraded long ago. Everything is build around game drives. For the price more facilities should be available. The add refer to spa treatments. This was not available. The add show photo of goma and refer to two dinners taken there. Never happen and we never shaw the goma. Orientation at arrival was very poorly done.

I think it is very unfair to judge any of the facilities at this stage because most are just trying to survive and recover from 8 months on non activity and No $ or €
So there will be a fair amount of deferred maintenance.
The guides/staff are excellent and very polite.
The chef is of very good quality and food very well presented
Need repairs and a more effective/working electric fence and upgraded entrance.
I understand current financial constraints but the potential is there and time is not on your side because every one is fighting and offering specials

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The chef was world class, the staff were always pleased to help and the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated. The game drives were also really fun. Drinks in the bush was a nice touch. Andrew, our guide has super hero vision.
Although the coffee machine was fancy, it can never really deliver a real cappuccino, latte or decent coffee. Considering the fantastic quality of everything else in the resort, it was surprising they didn't serve fresh brew coffee as well as have the capacity to make other coffees.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional. The accommodation, food, waiters, cleaners, game drives, general stuff!
