Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Julian and Nadia (I can't remember her name but she was the hostess at Oceana) were very attentive. The service at the pool outside Oceana was also excellent. We didn't have a single difficult experience with the staff. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.
The only feedback I would give is the shower head didn't work so we could only shower with the wand, which was okay but a little clumsy.

I would like to give a special mention to the workers that took care of me. Myriam the organizer, always taking care of everything i needed, Yosimar and Alexis the car valets knew about my car more than me; good and fast laundry service and very good breakfast buffet. The bar people also very friendly. Thanks, Amado!
