The location is excellent. We were served delicious breakfast while enjoying the best view of the ocean, mountains, boats , and stylish cliff houses. Thomas, the owner, offered incredible services to all customers. In my case we arrived at this property on September 8, 2026 around 9am. That was before check-in time, Thomas helped to get our luggage, took us to the top of his property to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding attractions. Took photos for us, served us fruit plates and coffee. About one and a half hours later our room was available. He also recommended us where and how to go. He treated other customers similarly from what I saw.

Great views of the Caldera. Quaint. Clean. Hospitality. The owner Thomas was attentive to all of our needs throughout our stay. You will not find a more hospitable host.

We had an absolutely perfect stay and would give this hotel a 10/10 without hesitation.
Thomas is an excellent host, incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The views over the Santorini caldera are simply breathtaking, and the breakfast was delicious, clearly prepared with love and care.
The house itself is wonderful, with a beautiful and authentic Greek style that makes the stay feel truly special. Our room was very spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed.
