Unit 17 was a ground floor apartment facing the street. It was a good size and well equipped and had an outside patio with nice outdoor seating. Great bed - we both slept well. Good shower and liked the full laundry facilities. The cafe 100m down the road did great coffee and breakfasts. It was an easy walk to Hastings Street.
The apartment got no sun at any time during the day. It had a bit of a musty smell that was noticeable when entering.
The apartments are privately owned and our one had some of the owners private possessions including fishing and bathing equipment and quite a lot of alcohol (we touched none of it)
The main settee served a secondary purpose as a bed. It was not comfortable to sit on for any length of time and had an ugly cover. We found the TV difficult to use (but that may be due to our own ignorance). A manual to use it would have been helpful.
The artwork was an acquired taste!

Lovely pool. Comfortable one bedroom room.
It would have been better if shampoo, shower gel and conditioner canisters were provided instead of one tiny sample of each. Also apart from salt and pepper no other kitchen staples provided. I realise apartments are individually owned and other units provide more.

Location and facilities were good.
We had the garden view room and the sound of the rubbish bin collection every morning.
