Were there for a diving weekend. Location of the hotel is very good, it is right at the beach and restaurant(s), and only a few minutes drive from the dive center we were visiting. It is a modern style building, clean, room is standard layout, with well functioning AC. Breakfast buffet was good, there are tables with sea view. There was gluten-free bread on the breakfast buffet, this was a positive surprise. Staff was friendly, check-in/out was quick and simple. Overall it was perfect for our purpose.
The room and bathroom was rather on the small side. The noisy exterior unit of the AC is on the balcony. so you better not be when AC runs.

The location is great, just in front of the seashore and great stop before getting into Split.
The receptionist was borderline rude. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a rough week. I was about to say something but then decided to move on and enjoy my holidays. It doesn’t take so much to be a bit nicer.

The location is good, although the GPS doesn't immediately indicate the hotel entrance. You can stroll along the embankment. There's a popular restaurant on site, but it's a bit pricey in my opinion. I imagine it gets crowded in the summer.
The room is basic, but the view from the balcony is a lifesaver. The hotel itself looks tired and clearly needs renovation. The smell of cigarettes from the street wafts through every floor. The soundproofing is poor; you can hear everything going on in the building.
