Die Lage war prima, nahe Altstadt und Tonhalle, zu der wir wollten. Sehr netter Empfang beim Ein- und Auschecken, nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war für uns genau passend.
Leider verfügt das Hotel über keinen Fahrstuhl und wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4. Stock. Da würde ich beim nächsten Mal, das wird es geben, denn sonst war alles toll, auf die Etagenhöhe achten.

The staff were very friendly & helpful & it was just a quick walk to Altstat. Breakfast was good and they offered other than the buffet for no extra.
Cleaners did not enter my room once in my 4 days stay. They asked if I wanted water, etc & i said no, so noone entered the room. I did say once that the towel needed changing (I left it on the floor), but it was still there when I returned that night.
When I got there I found I was on the 4th floor with no lift.
I had to keep the window open as the heat rose & kept my room too warm if the window was left closed.
