Spacious.
A local male staff at the entrance bay helping guests with unloading luggage in the car in front of our vehicle, pretended not to see me.
I had to drag two luggage to check in when my partner drove off to the car park.
Limited dining options. The Italian restaurant food was average.
Guests staying next door was smoking although we were staying in the non smoking level. The cigarette smell entered our bedroom during our 2-day stay.

Secluded location with shops on the ground floor and restaurants on the first and high floors
The morning breakfast restaurant(Pine Terrace) and the public hot springs were always crowded with people.
