Nice spacious rooms, all of them I think have an ocean view. The room furniture is a little old school, but well kept. Probably back in the early 90s this was the coolest hotel you can stay at in all of Japan. Now it’s a very good value for money, a solid 9/10.
The indoor pool closes at 20:00, but children are allowed only until 18:00. No idea why such a rule should exist. Makes 0 sense.

We had a great stay, and the price we got via booking was excellent; hence, the price-performance was incredible. We had a great sea view and a very spacious room. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Also, the washing machine and dryer in the room helped us a lot as we had been doing a road trip across the Kyushu region and needed to wash our clothes. The walk via pine forest and also the seaside park were very nice. Also very close to the city center and a great shopping center. We will definitely stay here when we hopefully come back to Miyazaki.

Location is fabulous. Very close to the beach. Hotel is comfortable. Good breakfast. Excellent value.
We stayed 4 nights. Cleaning was supposed to happen after a 3 night stay and it didn’t happen. Change of towels was charged extra same as cleaning which I understand if it were every day, but with 4 nights I think at least once should be done. Parking was very difficult since it was crowded.

Nice cool and very big and spacious apartments
Pool and gym are closed on Tuesdays and from September on the pool closes already at 5 PM, we didn’t know that before the booking, which was very inconvenient for us as our pool day was a Tuesday.
The apartment is big, but a bit old-fashioned and some things are not working anymore
