Overall, I think this hotel offers good value for its quality and price.
It is close to Bandung Train Station, and it was convenient to travel anywhere from the hotel.
The air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted, so the room was quite cold. It would have been better if the temperature could be controlled or if a thicker blanket had been provided.
The hot water worked well on Friday night, but on Saturday, when the hotel was busier, the water was only lukewarm.

1. Bathrooms were rundown with no ventilations. The handheld shower head wasn’t working properly and the toilet flush in another room wasn’t working properly.
2. Carpet was too dirty to recognise its original patterns.
3. The air conditioner was too cold! When it was turned off the room had a foul smell.
4. Our rooms were dark with limited views.
5. The service was very slow, sometimes we had to wait over an hour for a service to be delivered.
6. Laundry service messed up our “express order” on the last night, so we had to wait until midday the next day to check out.
