The property seemed very good value, we went for the full inclusive package which includes a range of different restaurants as well as the buffet. (These need reserving so worth doing as early as possible). It also includes a good range of soft and alcoholic drinks. My wife is gluten free and the buffet restaurant in particular catered for this really well, making individual meals for her where there weren’t sufficient options available.
The boathouse also has a range of free activities on offer every day on a first come first served basis (we never had to wait very long at all), including paddle boarding, pedalo and kayaking. There are also free activities which require booking such as snorkelling and a glass bottom boat. There are good gym facilities and tennis courts which are available too.
The staff are really friendly and supportive and the hotel has good environmentally-friendly policies.
The TV in the room was quite small and quite a distance from the bed which made it hard to enjoy as much as otherwise.

There were some maintenance work which was a bit noisy sometimes but not badly noisy to ruin the holiday - overall great experience - staff were great, friendly and absolutely very welcoming from the reception, spa, on the beach, gym & boathouse.
Young guys at the bar (near Mozaic) seemed to be a bit less attentive to clients needs - maybe bit more coaching? But also could be a bit under pressure with peak hour bar time.

Great food, including breakfast and the nine restaurants. Members of staff were very friendly and hard working. The facilities were beautiful and provided extra services such as Spa and tours to watch dolphins and whales.
The room, in particular the bathroom, could be cleaner.

Land sports facilities were excellent and the team who worked there were professional and helpful. The beach was nice and the snorkelling boat ride was fun
There was building work going on throughout the hotel every day which was annoying. A lot of the hotel staff were not professional. We couldn't check into our room until 40 mins later than check in time. Our room (sea facing) was damp, musty and smelly. Our drinks didn't have alcohol in until we complained. In the adults only beach section, the loungers are meant to be labelled to your room, they weren't which caused confusion.
