The room is clean enough, not dusty, floor is sufficiently clean. Toilet is very clean, not moldy. Good water pressure at the bathroom shower. Enough facilities and nice seating area in the indoor cafe as well as the themed outdoor garden.
We took a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke upon entering. There is smoking smell coming into the room, and the room smelled of smoke throughout the night while we were sleeping, maybe coming in thru some airholes. We turned on the exhaust in the toilet all night to try to remove some of the smoke. Other than that, no problem at all with our stay.

The location. Within walking distance to the Maluri mrt and lrt station and aeon Maluri and Sunway Velocity. Near to couple of restaurants and the famous Char Siew Yong. Water machine located at the corridor of each floor. There is a Cafe at the reception area. Staff was friendly and helpful
The TV is not working. We have to wait in the room for help to come. Eventually, only can watch YouTube and no TV channels, and that was also the staff spent nearly half an hour changed the remote control and eventually found out the reason being the YouTube apps was not properly installed in the TV. Priced a bit high for the room and facilities we get

It's okay I'd say for a day. The staff were helpful
My checking was 3 but since previous guest stayed longer my time was extended. However later staff helped me. There was no toothbrush provided
