+4 mins walk to the lake beach.
+Several nearby restaurants, supermarket, petrol station.
+Cosy, perfect for 2 people.
+On-site parking available.
+Great hot shower! Shampu, shower gel, conditioner, etc provided.
+Nice building.
+Comfy bed.
+Marcelo was always responsive and helpful.
-Internet worked ok (around 10 or 15 mbps), but was unstable sometimes (micro-cuts). Maybe better to have also a SIM card with data.
-Utensils minimum but enough.

The check-in and check-out were efficient. The room is quite big and comfortable.
Indeed, you can see the lake from the window - but before it you see and hear all the cars on a busy road.
It was sometimes hard to find the owner.
The alarm system may be worth it but is weird and unintuitive.
Parking is available but not trivial to access.
