Bonito hotel con areas de mejora importantes

Lo que mas me gusto fue la comodidad de las habitaciones, el personal de recepcion se porto muy amable e inclusive me hicieron un upgrade de mi habitación. La zona donde esta ubicada el hotel es lejana al area turistica principal (ciudad amurallada, getsemani, etc), por lo cual es un hotel básicamente de descanso y desconexion. Las cenas a la carta son muy buenas.

La comida es sumamente repetitiva, en el hotel solo hay dos areas de piscinas y no hay un area exclusiva para niños, lo cual es sumamente importante para las familias. Los bares cercanos a la piscina se encuentran obstaculizados con puertas, le hacen al huesped dar la vuelta para ir por una bebida. Las actividades de la piscina a veces son muy sugerentes y no son aptas para todo publico, en especial no son aptas para niños, enfatizo la importancia de un area exclusiva para niños con toboganes, etc.

Overall it was an amazing place for the kids and family to relax and have fun.

The Pools were amazing, and the Beach was beautiful with a nice easy walk onto the beach. It was amazing and fun for the kids, family friendly.

One of the lifts had a musty smell and there where quite a lot of mosquitos which was not ideal. Assume this may have been due to the recent rain because it was the rainy season.

The location is beautiful, and the beach is excellent. It's close to Cartagena, but far enough out that it was tranquil, clean, and enjoyable. The pools were nice, and we enjoyed some of the open spaces. Additionally, the two bartenders we spoke with were friendly and excellent. They were the only high-quality staff at the resort.

The service was shockingly poor, from accusing my wife (an American ^.^) of being an illegal in the country when she initially showed a picture of her passport rather than the passport itself, to the disinterested staff, reception, and check-in processes. No structure in the check-in, it was absolute chaos. Affectations of quality (like a water cooler, which was naturally empty) but no actual service. My wife and I stayed at the location to consider it for a 100+ person anniversary/wedding party, but we will avoid it like the plague. We paid almost $240 for our room, which was not super clean, a bit musty, and that included food that was remarkably poor and cheap. It tasted more like airport food than resort food. The beach was great, but the value, food, service quality, and stay was overall a negative experience.

The property was okay full of cats and dogs that the staff and guests feed it was a huge mess I counted over 12 cats running and running out there!! They don’t give out rags only towels and it took hrs to get the rags and they only brought 1 we had to cut up a towel

The pools were a great family friendly experience. Beach was steps away from the resort. There were plenty of options at the buffet. Loved that you could get fresh beach towels throughout the day.

There wasn't always toilet paper in all the stalls in the bathrooms near the pools, these could have been refilled more often. Also when we were leaving there was construction in the reception area so we had to detour around it and that path wasn't covered so we go soaked from the rain.

Relax but disapointing.

The swimming pool was excellent, the food was good most of the time. The location was very calm and relaxing.

Half of the staff members are very rude and the service is far from being good if you have the bad luck of being attended by one of those staff members. We were going to do the check in and the receptionist was very rude, totally unpolite and she was going to attend another client and let us wait, giving preference to the other client. Other terrible thing is the huge amount of wild dogs inside the resort, even in the food areas, I could count 15 dogs and a couple of cats. From my point of view, it is unacceptable that a resort allowed this. The dogs were under the tables, next to the people begging for food, terrible.

According to our friends the place used to be a lot nicer than it is now. Not worth going there.

Pools were nice. Bed was comfortable. Food was okay.

I got junior suite and the second room was practically empty, there was no couch and only two weird chairs. In order to get pool/beach towel you had to give them your card and you can only get it from one location. AC only had 2 settings on or off (our friends' room had properly working AC). We did ask staff to fix AC, but they didn't despite promising that they would.
