No covered path way between the spar , games rooms and hotel, in heavy rain not safe and convenient

The room was neat and clean but little bit expensive with out breakfast
The rooms were expensive without breakfast and the wifi was not working.

We used one of the rooms for a party and we were late but they were patient with us.
The gate to the beach was not always locked - security concern.
There were no life guards at the beach meaning it was not safe to swim. No one gave us an indication whether it's safe or not.

For your own sanity, whatever you do, don't request the ala carte menu for supper, just do the buffet. I say this because it took the staff 30min before they could give us some sort of a kiddies menu. We were essentially been passed from waiter to waiter because none of them knew where the kiddies menu was.
