Perfect hospitality, great to be here during the ROTAX/Can-Am Grossglockner Challenge 2026
The mattress are a bit hard, and the pillow too soft.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable, we selected lake views and the views were spectacular. Breakfast was great, we didn’t miss anything and felt completely fulfilled. We found parking spot everytime infront of the hotel directly. Location is convenient, not so far away from Gmunden. The hotel is very much well maintained.
Staff are nice but rather on the cold side. The empty plates during breakfast were not removed. Breakfast ends at 9:30 which we consider quite early when you are on a vacation. Check out is at 10:00 so we asked for late check out but we were told that we will have to pay 15€ if we want to stay till 12:00 which we declined, however they offered us till 11:00 free of charge and was appreciated.

very clean, spacious room and bathroom, nice balcony
No fan or airconditioner, no fridge or coffee station, breakfast fell well below average, staff didn’t speak any English
