The location is near Namba station. So perfect for one or two nights in Namba area.

Location is very good, only 3-5 min walk from Namba Nankai Station. Air Condition and Wifi are functional
I feel the quilt cover is pretty old and not so clean.....

Location Location Location. It is central in walking distance to most attractions. Plenty of food options and shopping around and train station at your doorstep
Rooms where previously smoking rooms If you are a non smokers as us the smell will hit you hard. Once you start running the air purifier supplied in the room the situation improves drastically. Also it is an older hotel so the furnishings are not the newest but they are all functional
