The location quiet but 5mins from Pier, its an older hotel but the rooms are large and the pool is 25m and deep. The food is very good, nice beachfront view having breakfast, reception is helpful. You can walk to the other end of the beach to the busier part in 20mins. There is a steep hill tho and there is also no need plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
The only thing Id say is hotel needs to tidy its reception area lots of boxes etc which dont need to be there. Just ruins the impression when you arrive.

Bedrooms were amazing, very nice size and extremely comfortable beds, the room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. The staff were very kind and helpful, our ac wasn’t working properly in our orignal room and they got us changed to a different room straight away with no issues at all, ac in the new room and every other room was working perfectly. The pool is extremely nice and the location was unbelievable, right on the beach with amazing views and so many shops on the road of the hotel with amazing food and clothes.

Location is very good for the port and local shops. Staff were friendly and helpful
The smell in our room was terrible - damp/old/ musty. Not very clean and felt 1000 of people had slept on the mattress. It’s a young persons place !
