I had a newly renovated room inside the family house.When I opened my window every morning it was delightful to listen to the ocean.Good location in Old Town.Very clean and Drita was a good communicator.She organised for a local man to take my suitcase for five euros as there are a lot of stairs from the wharf at the bottom to the apartment.Can highly recommend fish soup and fresh fish at Fisherman Hari restaurant.Ladies beach is in walking distance along forest shade which has therapeutic sulphur in the water.Free walking tour is very interesting from the Ulcinj Tourist Information Office
Two nights there was no water.The first time there was no water for two hours.The second incident Drita was able to fix the water tanks on the property

One of the most beautiful places you can stay in Ulcinj! The apartments are located right in the heart of the Old Town and offer a breathtaking view of the open sea. We especially loved the lovely breeze coming from the sea, which made the air feel so fresh and pleasant, even on warmer days.
The apartment also has a charming terrace, which quickly became our favorite spot. We loved having breakfast and dinner there, or simply sitting with a glass of wine and enjoying the incredible view. The terrace really made our stay in Ulcinj even more special.
The owner is very kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. We absolutely loved our stay.

I made the right choice by staying inside the old town
The apartment clean and excellent view outside the balcony. Quite and peaceful.
Having breakfast, tea and chill wacthing the sunset go down was one of highlights for me during staying here, was amazing experienced. Drita the owner very kind and helpful.
Just to head up, prepare to bring your own toiletries, hand soap, tea and coffee. It would be nice if all this included in the apartment.
