The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to walk to all the places I wanted to go and the onsite parking was very convenient! I think it was a good price for the comfort and location. The view from the 12th floor was also nice.
I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room smelled like smoke. It wasn't too bad, but I was disappointed. Better than City Hotel, but not as comfortable as Green Rich. For the price, it was okay.

I had a wonderful stay at APA Hotel Tottori Ekimae Minami. Everything about the hotel was very nice, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the overall atmosphere. One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location: it’s very close to the station, which made getting around incredibly convenient.
What truly stood out during our stay was the staff. They were very kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, they went out of their way to support us, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again.

Attentive staff very hearty breakfast!
bed with frayed spring mattress and the 3rd bed a sofa bed impossible to sleep with a huge span in the middle! parking exists but only for those who arrive first, if they arrive late, they will park in another place far away!!
