-The hotel is in a central part of the city, not far from Tottori train station and bus depot. It's easy to travel to other parts of the city and local surrounding area via public transport, or even walking to some of the city attractions.
-Check-in was very quick and straight forward
-There's lots of restaurants, conbinis, supermarkets, and other shopping close by.
-The hotel is a little bit old, but everything works
-The bed is comfortable to sleep in
-The staff were very friendly and helpful
-As mentioned previously, it's an aging hotel. The mini fridge is very loud, and I needed earbuds to block the noise while sleeping.
-The air conditioning in the room has a dial on the wall, and even the lowest setting was very cold. I had to wear my winter clothes I used for the plane while sleeping.

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is great near the centre of Tottori. Staff was very welcoming. The restaurant in 2F of the hotel was very good and not expensive at all, a must visit!
Room is not very soundproof so I could easily here what is happening in the corridor or in my neighbours' room. Parking spaces could be a bit wider, struggled to get out of my Prius, and parked in the centre of the box.
