Breakfast, as included in charge, was listed as Continental. Guests had to go to the restaurant area, where you helped yourself to a variety of cereals, toast & spreads, juice, tea/coffee. Quite simple and it worked. Check in and out, was hassle free. The room was ready and very clean. The WiFi, being connected to NBN, was fast and efficient.
The lack of a comfortable chair/s was a problem. Sitting up in the bed, propped up by pillows, was quite uncomfortable. The double bed was just Fair, for comfort. The Motel must have been built many years ago and has been upgraded and repainted. The water filter in the ensuite was loose and just OK. There was no tea towel in the room to dry plates. Behind the double bed was a double-power point that was loose and possibly dangerous.

Good location
Shower in bathroom could do with some mould killer. Some new pillows would be good. The ones in our room had seen better days.

The service was excellent, the owners went out of their way to accommodate us. We had changes with the number of people staying and they went out if their way to help us and fit us all in.
The showers were cold, perhaps there was something wrong

It was centrally located for our needs
It had what we required for the time we were there
it was clean
Unfortunately, there were disturbances from other patrons staying at the Motel,
Unfortunately, their behaviours were very loud arguing, fighting and the police were called
This is no fault of the Motel, they are unable to know this would happen
