Un chalet precisos y acogedor. Totalmente recomendable. Una ruta fácil de senderismo justo al lado y el resto muy cercanas al alojamiento.

The house is very spacious, the interior is rustic but charming and the garden is beautiful. It's a great starting place for levada walks, going to santana, or for driving up to pico ruvio. 4+ people can easily stay there.
I don't want to rant, but we had a few issues. None of them severe, but taking all together it was a bit of a downer:
- It gets a bit chilly at those heights in autumn and without central heating the AC takes a long time to heat the whole house. Did not imagine that I will have to heat the fireplace on a tropical island to be honest. The bedroom at least had an electrical heater.
- Some appliances were very old (coffee maker, kettle) or obviously broken (dishwasher). The ungrounded metal bathroom light is hanging from a wire with a connecting clamp at head height. That's a midsize electrical hazard to be honest.
- We had a bit of a storm at one night and on the next day it started dripping through the ceiling in the living room. Owner did not seem very concerned about that. It wasn't much, but still. Not very reassuring.
