Lovely family owned hotel with great people having good language skills. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff goes out of its way to make sure you get everything you need to make your stay more than excellent. Lovely!

Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, sehr saubere Unterkunft und zentrale Lage für schöne Berg- und Radtouren. Abgeschlossene Tiefgarage für Fahrräder. Leckeres Frühstück und hervorragende Küche im Restaurant Perlage!

We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back! From start to finish, the staff were very friendly and maintained great communication with us throughout our trip.
They went completely above and beyond for our family. I asked if my son could eat breakfast before the normal allotted time because of his early ice hockey schedule, and they accommodated us with absolutely no problems at all. That level of helpfulness made our trip so much easier.
On top of the top-tier service, the facilities were amazing, and the rooms were both huge and beautifully maintained.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place and will 100% stay here again.

The view was good, the price is fair. They agreed to give us a kettle after we asked a couple of times which was nice of them and recommend activities for a rainy day.
We ordered 2 rooms as we are a family with 2 kids, they gave us rooms on different floors, we asked to change rooms, they said it was not possible. They were extremely rued when they saw we've connected an electric splitter to the socket, claiming we will set their hotel on fire, when all they had to do is ask us not to use it. In general, I dont recommend this hotel for families, the atmosphere there is of a place for a sleazy bachelor party, the fact that 30 bikers stayed there when we were there did not help. Out of 4 hotels we stayed at in Italy on our trip, this one was the most disapointing hotel, both staff wise and facility wise.
