The size of the room was massive! Really loved the huge bathroom, 2 mirrors, 2 vanities and room to move around. The high table behind the massive king size bed was great to store belongings as you walked in and out of the room. Thanks to Steve at Reception, whom really looked after us.
Not a big issue, but maybe a Q code in the room to scan to see all the features of the resort.

Igényesen kialakított Resort, épületek, kert, medence. Nagyon jó helyen fekszik a többi resorthoz képest. Minden közel van, a tenger, a sétáló utca.

Hotel Review – Swissôtel Sanya
The location of Swissôtel Sanya is very good, and the hotel itself is impressive. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and of good quality, with good amenities. Overall, the hotel accommodation was comfortable.
However, my experience with the water sports and spa services was extremely disappointing.
I came to Sanya mainly for kayaking and water sports. I was charged RMB 550 in advance, and I was clearly told that this payment covered deep-sea diving, parasailing, a yacht tour, and a boat tour, with no additional charges.
Unfortunately, the hotel had apparently outsourced these activities to a third party. The staff there were arrogant and tried to charge me additional money. More importantly, there was no diving, no parasailing, and no yacht tour available as promised. I felt that I had been misled about what I was paying for.
The spa experience was even worse. I was told that I had a 20-minute complimentary spa, but I ended up paying RMB 180 for an upgraded one-hour treatment. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst spa experiences I have ever had. The staff were shouting and the overall atmosphere was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.
In summary:
The hotel itself is good, with an excellent location, spacious and clean rooms, and good amenities. However, the outsourced water-sports and spa services seriously damaged my overall experience. The hotel management should take responsibility for the third-party services operating under the hotel’s name and ensure that guests are not misled or charged unfairly.
