Attractive . Lovely location . Views of Corfe castle . Old world charm

Car noise

Excellent location. Comfortable communal areas. Top quality breakfast. Very pleasant reception area with attentive, friendly staff. Nice quality bed linen and towels. A comfortable bed. Good pillows. Serving staff were absolutely lovely. Friendly and accommodating.

Our room with the view of the castle which we paid a premium for was smaller than we would have expected. Some of the eaves were low and my partner hit a corner with his head whilst bending down. The bathroom had a strange food like smell. All the door keys were attached to a metal fob which made a clanging noise when carried. These could be heard from the room as others returned to or left their rooms.

Beautiful Building in fantastic surroundings

Weather was great but no opportunity to eg eat breakfast outside. Facilities in room limited eg no coffee machine no fridge. Coffee at breakfast just terrible. Not seen a real coffee bean. At this price point I expect real coffee.
