Location is a little bit far away from the center but it didn't bother me, i walked. It takes 20 minute to hbf.
The room was super large and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
I can say that it was a very pleasure staying for me. Also, the landlord is quite helpful and kind.
I couldn't manage to use the coffee machine, probably it is just because i don't understand German hahah.
But i can't say there is a negative thing about this hotel.

Location was perfect with a beautiful uphill walk to HSG, rooms and toilets were clean, mini fridge was appreciated. I was particularly happy I had 4 pillows of which 2 were down filled. There was an extra blanket in the room if needed.
My only suggestion would be to install a bit more light at the key boxes and an automatic light in the stairwell for guests arriving at night.

The property was always clean and it never felt like I was sharing facilities with other people. The host was lovely and wanted to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Very large rooms and a comfortable bed. The location was good only a 25mins walk to the train station.
