部屋は思ったより広く必要なものが揃っていて、清潔で静かだったので快適に過ごせました。
時間帯（平日22時頃）にもよると思いますが、大浴場も空いていてアメニティも揃っていたのでゆっくり入れました。
部屋着が浴衣でなく着易かったです。
照明の操作方法（入り口付近でキーカードを差し込む）がわからずに戸惑ったので、チェックイン時か部屋に説明書きがあると良かった。
「ポートタワーが見えるテラス」が非常階段の踊り場のような場所で、テラスとは言い難いと思いました。
ランドリールームを利用しましたが、洗濯機の足周りが埃だらけでした。乾燥機のフィルターの掃除もしてあるのかどうか・・・・。他の場所が清潔だっただけに残念でした。頑張ってください。
