Tout nous a plu dans ce superbe établissement : le cadre, la chambre exceptionnellement spacieuse, le professionnalisme du personnel, la qualité du restaurant.

Seul bémol : l’absence de crochets dans la salle de bain (hors celui de la douche) et de mouchoirs, ce qui un peu surprenant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, vu le prix.

Tout était super grande chambre, literie, équipements électriques moderne. Pression dans la douche. Le restaurant est très bon, et il y a un bar pour prendre un verre.

Hacienda Abraspungo was one of the highlights of our trip through Ecuador. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome by the friendly and attentive staff, whose hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely gardens, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to relax. The restaurant deserves a special mention—the food was outstanding. Every meal was freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. It was some of the best food we enjoyed during our travels. If you're staying in or passing through Riobamba, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hacienda Abraspungo. Excellent service, fantastic food, and a wonderful place to stay. We would happily return.
